Even if I don't get cut this week, I don't exactly feel secure in my job. I think it's time for a change no matter what happens.

I'm crafting my letter of resignation this afternoon. I'll wait to submit until I'm on vacation tomorrow. But, hearing the celebritized execs lie about things like transparency, trust, and "values"; while all I see is the insider transactions of their options, is too depressing to work through on a daily basis
I am proud to be an American. Corporate lay-offs, terrorist attacks, wars, famine, ect, ect, ect, doesn't matter, I will never quit. I'll keep doing my job to the best of my abilities and sees this to the end. I am proud to live in this amazing country with good hardworking people, just people, kind people. America rocks!!!!!!!!! USA! USA!
Yeah, definitely. I'll be waiting for another few months hoping for a layoff or leaving as soon as I can get another job.

not sure my morale and health will be able to endure 2 yrs. If I don't make one of the cuts in the next few weeks, it could be a long, toxic journey. I would probably wait a while but definitely keep looking for a good opportunity.
Yep, either way, it's time to get out of this place. Especially since they stopped serving cinnamon coffee.
Wait to get a severance!
yes and I know many people who will leave as soon as they find a job.
In January I made the decision to quit anyway mid May so I'm just waiting it out and hoping for lay off. I won't wont early though cause I've got bills to pay obviously.
no way. I am riding it out. I want my severance.
Agreed
