Please remove these sexist/vulgar posts. They are bordering on harassment. If these people's names were exposed, they would definitely be fired and quite possibly prosecuted.
Thank you.

Lighten up, Francis. Have a sense of humor.
75889 - your intelligence is astounding.
You cant really prosecute unless they are threatening. Maybe sue for slander. You cant stalk someone who is anonymous. Good job at creating a new crime anonymous stalking. Idiot.
Seriously Admins - if these comments were anything but juvenile (delinquent) grabs for attention, most likely from complete outsiders, it would be freedom of speech. But many recent comments are ignorant spew from oversexed louts who forgot to pick up their refills; their comments have nothing to do with the impending loss of thousands of jobs at Target. Can the non-TGT vitriol be removed?
General criminal statutes that apply to bullying and cyberbullying
Depending on the circumstances of the offense, bullying may be prosecuted under any of the following state criminal statutes.
Stalking occurs when a defendant engages in any conduct that the defendant knows (or should know) will cause the victim to feel frightened, threateded, oppressed, or intimidated. Increased fines and prison time apply when the conduct includes a “pattern of stalking” (which means two or more incidents in a five year period). (Mn. Stat. Ann. § 609.749.)
Harassment refers to a single incident of physical (or sexual) assault, or repeated incidents of intrusive or unwanted acts or words that actually have (or are intended to have) a substantial adverse effect on the safety or privacy of the victim.
From the office of the attorney general. So yes, you most certainly can get prosecuted for cyber harassment.
Fired yes, but prosecuted? settle down people.
They probably don't even work at Target and are just trolling everyone. They should be banned though.
