Can we stop all the "my department is better than your department" shit, the "I'm 50 and smarter than those dumb college grads" and the "stupid merch girls" comments. You're all being nasty. This website is meant for inside information regarding the layoffs we all face and I guarantee no one high up is going to be influenced by this so why do we bother throwing each other under the bus. I've been so proud to work at target and all the junk you people are posting today is making me want to leave regardless. I don't need to work with creeps posting about women professionals bending over in an elevator or shaming people just because they're in their 20s - when just a few weeks ago we were eating lunch together and collaborating on some awesome projects. I love it here, don't ruin it just because we are scared. Solidarity not finger pointing.

75885 - I'm speaking in the context of being at target. I'm sorry your team is under pressure. Obviously if you're laid off then you're free to jump off the solidarity train. I will be jumping off then too. All I'm saying is why do we have to stoop to disgusting measures while still employed and we may have to face the people we are belittling come Monday morning.
