Not true that all PG17 and above get bonuses. Some pyramids do not hand out bonuses.

Policy says you need to be employed at time bonus is effective, which is March 22. However, T has generally paid nonetheless.

What pay grades get bonuses? I have never heard of this.
That is one of the questions you should ask when they present your paperwork - you've earned it, so I would assume it would still be included.
