For those in HR share how the next few weeks are going to unfold. How will those that will be laid of going to be notified. We all know about how past layoffs have happened. So to our HR reading share or anyone that was let go last week.

Does anyone really think that HR is driving the bus on this? The decision was made by the CEO, the Board and the CEO's staff. Implementation was designed by the lawyers, and HR will make it happen.

I just want to remind everyone that it's HR that is just delivering and aiding in executing this. Employment Relations attorneys (Target & Outside hired counsel) are heavily involved in preparing for this. Keep in mind that this has been underway way before Brian announced the cuts last week.
Monday will most likely be large groups of DMG/KMG. Tuesday will be LMG and below. Some DMG were informed yesterday. Travel has been cancelled for some pyramids but not all for next week.
