As we Targeteers know, perceptions are everything, no? Well, just because I look good in a skirt and can walk in 5" heels does not mean i don't have a brain and was not successful before Target and won't be after Target. ps... I work with all women, the short skirt is because I like it, not because I need to bend over in the elevator.
Furthermore, doesn't anyone have pride in the work they've done? I've worked on projects to save millions, made huge sustainability progress, helped Target enter Canada and will help Target exit Canada.
In the end, yes, I will probably walk out the door with a big ol' f*** you Target, but I did my part. It's business and things change.
