Can't get into shared company folders at home

a few people on my team just tried to access work files to get some stuff done and we can't open ANYTHING...not sure if system issue or something a little more ominous...

I wasn't able to get in today to my network folders or insidetgt. I called the helpdesk and they told me I had an old version of Junos. To get the updated version I needed to be at work and call the helpdesk so they could uninstall the old version and install the new version. I drove in and got the new version and it now works.

Accessing network folders from home or even in the office has been hit or miss for months. This is a known issue. The help desk is also hit or miss to solve the issue. No worries.

I worked from home on Friday and I couldn't get into the folders either. Never had this issue before.

I wouldnt read into that too much. The desktop images and shared filers have always sucked.

I'm in the same boat and have been since last Thurs. I spent a couple hours on the phone with the help desk on Friday and they said everything was resolved. Got home and still no access.
