We have a floor meeting scheduled for 5pm next Tuesday?
@75111 Do you have numbers? Greater than what the media has reported? They've reported "thousands" or anywhere up to 5,000....are you saying it will be more than that?
Quite a few conference rooms across all DT buildings have been taken "offline" from 3/10 - 3/15. Some differ a bit but a lot are in that range. I had a meeting scheduled and got a Outlook message saying the room declined the invite. This was today, weeks after I booked the meeting. I checked the room and it is offline all week. Check it out TPS-1652
Tuesday will be the Red Wedding...and I predict it will be brutal...
I'm going with what a previous poster deemed "termination Tuesday"
FU Anonymous75126!
a good friend in HR (director level. He's been right about both Canada and the announcement) told me that the first cuts will come starting Sunday at 4:00pm. Make sure you are accessible via outlook or your severance pay may be rescinded.
The conference rooms in my area are booked longer than Tues/Wed... could it take longer in some areas? Maybe they are going straight from layoffs to reviews. Or, maybe we've been assigned the slow readers to muster us out...

A source that I know in HR advised me that there will be some on Monday, but the major blood bath will begin first thing Tuesday. She says that the cuts are going to be much greater and deeper than what has been reported to analysts and media.
Praying for all of us....
Every Tuesday and Wednesday, decided in a format based on The Running Man
Tuesday for sure.
