Get rid of all those people on modern merch process. That's a joke. They schedule useless trainings that are just decks with new grids we need to fill out and it's not really digital training. I got more out of the buyer offsite in omnichannel than these useless labs
Until they can bring in BAs who know what they are doing, MP Ops will continue to play a critical role, ensuring that stores are getting what they need.
I agree merch ops is a joke. This is an area where they can eliminate.
Problem is two of the best leaders in merch are there. If they got rid of Jeff and karl they're Morons.
