Anyone hear any rumors of additional impact in MPD? We lost our VP last week, an incredible leader, very sad to see him go (John Walbrun). Lost about 30+ to Canada as well. We are already running super lean with open positions unfilled. Curious what anyone has heard additional to this.

What I have heard from several of the directors it seems there will be a lot of merging between, tss, pdd, merch and mpd, in an effort to eliminate duplicative jobs. Nothing is 100% but if they are working to merge several of those areas it requires they let go a lot of people and then most likey rather than have open job positions most likey the people that stay will be taking on job responsibilities of the area they were merged too, aka tss merging with pdd pdm role, they might consolidate the pm and pdm role and make that one job.

Don't know, but 2 things to assume: the team will merge with another group.. and 2) be happy you have those open positions. It will make next week less painful. Wish you guys well.
