Honestly no one on here knows for sure, even upper management doest have a clue, the changes are way above their paygrades, I just hope in some shape or form they base some of the layoffs on performance metrics so you dont see talented people let go and the lazy good for nothings sticking around. I fear if that happens it will drive more good talent away as no one wants to see friends and coworkers get laid off that were strong contributors and the lazy bums stick around. Guess we will see!

Interesting that PDD would be affected more than other areas. I thought Target wanted to invest more in owned brand.
Layoffs start Monday. It will be a sad day. I have forged some great relationships and learned a ton.
Rumor of PDM role going away because of possible merger with TSS. Design rumored to be hit hard. Haven't heard so much on tech design...some say trimming will happen, others say not as much. I guess we shall have to wait and see.
Does anyone if it's whole teams within PD&D that will be let go?
