There is a ton of California companies that fled from California to Austin, there is over a dozen tech firms that relocated most of the ops there, Japanese Auto makers that had NA headquarters in LA, etc.
Pandering to constituents. It won't make any difference in the plans of the business.
Why Austin?
It's a good thing that we are low cost state, had this happened to a California company they would be heading for Austin in no time.
