Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

RedRock, Everest, Canada, Merch IQ. Million$ dumped into the wrong strategies and putting the wrong people in leadership roles.

4 years total work in TTS and Merch. The wrong stuff in leadership positions trying to gain power and excluding people with leadership skills who really want to make an impact, create efficiency and add value. Too many failures during this period: RedRock/RedRX, Everest, Canada, Merch IQ, you name it. Millions dumped into the wrong strategies and putting the wrong people in leadership positions. Group Managers and Managers with total arrogance. How sick. Target is paying today for all the cumulative mistakes of the last 10 years. I hope Cornell brings a hatchet like other business leaders do and gets rid of all the non-essential and meaningless fat of this company, aka three-piece suits with their macchiato trying to look good. The result? You are watching live from a front row.

There is life after the bullseye. A more dignified one.

Hi, can anyone please advise on training, help for Merch IQ? I've found that there are no resources available and Target support is vague. Gaps such as 52wk time periods, 4wks, etc. exist resulting in the need to pull and merge multiple reports for time frames. I'd love to find best practices to improve efficiencies. Please help!!

Please, Merch IQ Is much needed. Goes to root cause of technology competencies and not being able to deliver the technology AND being very expensive. When was the last time we actually met a technology deadline?
