i find a lot of value in the information so many have offered to share. everyone is in the same boat and isn't looking to defend themselves any more than they need to right now. please keep in mind that the divisions/job titles you choose to bring down are backed by real people. people that have invested a part of themselves into something they believe in. people that have families and lives that will be impacted. my support is with you all.

Just report to admins if you see something out of whack, if people start to swear, talk junk about our employees (using personal names), etc. They are pretty good with removing bad posts.
I am glad you said that. People are scared. But we should be kind to each other. This is not lord of the flies
