VP salary?

I know it's probably a range the size of Texas, but bonuses, RSUs/stock options aside, does anyone know what kind of salaries the VPs let go today we're making. Ballpark-ish?

Severance for VPs is 1 year plus benefits.

The base is around 220k, depends on headcount, skills, tenure, experience, etc.
