Instead of cutting done down the pyramide people why not to cut VP"s. Reduce the salaries of the CEO CFO and the rest of the bunch. They never will do a sacrifice for the company.
Like to see those high wages top executive panicking when things go wrong under their own responsibility
Drop in the bucket. Do an outlook search on vp email groups and directors to see how many there are. They're like fleas.
I've seen 7 VPs since Monday. That's just what was announced to the merchandising org. Pharmacy Ops, distribution (x2) and Merch (x4). Not sure what has been announced to other pyramids.
Not enough! Even the bloated bureaucracy of the good old USA only has one..
I agree. The way layoffs are happening I'm sure they are letting the wrong people go.. There are a lot of stupid COs who I won't even hire as PG15s who have done nothing but gotten away with bad decisions and not working sincerely at all. I so would love to see them go. I'm in merch hq and we loads of such "leaders"
