I cannot control what happens in all off this, but there is something I can do. Every day I pray that the people on my team will be blessed as we all go through these changes. I also pray for wisdom for Target leadership.

thank you for this - i cringed when i read the ceo's email about putting "target before team" and sensed a cataclysmic shift in the culture of target that i've grown to love. whether i am laid off or not, i know that a company that devalues the team, the worker bees, the people, is not somewhere for me. onward and upward to life after the bullseye...
