Does everyone have one (been here so long I can't remember if I do) or are there newly generated agreements drawn up with your severance package? Meaning are you required to sign on the dotted line in order to get your money? Anyone have theirs reviewed by an attorney? Anyone have any luck getting out of theirs? Seems pretty crappy for Target to shove you out the door AND prevent you from working for the external companies that service the Target business. This town isn't that big.

How long have you worked at Target? My guess is is that you never signed anything and even if you did I doubt it made its way to your TM permanent file. I wouldn't worry about it at all. I wish you all the best.
