This board proves that even with all the coffees and gtkys we have no idea what our counterparts do. We can't all be both overworked and do nothing. This is a major problem and contributes to culture issues.

Booking your calendar with meaningless activities does not make you busy. This is a total excuse to seem "occupied" instead of productive. This is reality at TGT. A large bunch of three-piece suits and tailored dresses with their macchiatos in their hands appearing to be sophisticated and chic. Meaningless conversations in meaningless GTKY.
There's some truth in the comments but when heads are flying fingers are prone to pointing.
