To them,Target does no harm and Walmart is DIRT! Even though majority of TARGET EMPLOYEES HAVE TO SHOP AT WALMART Cuz Target doesnt pay much.
2, The Credit Card Breach & Canada Launch Failure gives Target Corp the excuse to cut wages, give bad insurance, lay off employees. AND CUT MORE CORNERS!

Use to pay more when they hired people. esp for Flow. Now they pay the state min.
They cut hours so you they don't have to give you better benefits.
They Don't let you cash in Vacation Hours if it reaches your quota avg weekly hours. Even though all Xmas long you work 40 and in back to school too and they cut your hours afterwards.
Why is there food in the break room??? Because Target knows that the majority of there workers come to work hungry because of the lack of pay. So its to boost the energy for better work production. . . This was told to me by a Human Resource person.
When I started target. Teams were big. Now... Plano has like 3 people. Pricing has 3. Flow has 20. And there are no cashiers so the walkies are always going off with the gstl screaming for back up. AND there is hardly any backroom people.
Last but not least. Most Manager/Exec are d#cks and dont know nothing and let there Team leads do sH%t and watch everyone work.
Target also needs to chill out with the red cards and vibe score. you want better scores??? HIRE MORE PEOPLE! theres like no one on the floor and costumers/guest get piss they have to wait.
