In Target India..people were called into a room and then they were just asked to pack up in 5 mins and leave. There were cabs downstairs to drop people home and there was an ambulance as well in case of any emergency. You will get to talk to your boss because high probability that if you are out your boss would be on his way out too, that's what happened last time around.
