IT won't be first, but I don't think anyone has past April...if not sooner.
Admissions and financial aid are first. Some levels of management are next.
I would think IT would be one of the last. Really all depends how it goes down. Be it the "padlock doors" scenario or whatever. IT doesn't really directly depend on a student population to exist as much as instructors and admissions do.
