ROFL!!!!!!!!!!!!!Captured is IP my ass.
To the original poster: How much of the Kool-Aid have your had? Might be good to step outside for some fresh air to clear your head. Yes, Target can be a good place to work, but there are two distinct types of management:
A. The ones who are good a leading people, building the career of their teams and helping the team to succeed
B. Those that use their team to climb the ladder, take all the credit and then look behind them to see all the bodies they left in their path
Many of us do like working at Target, but it has been getting harder to find the Type A manager to work for and we get a little concerned that the Type B's are taking over.
Same troll making majority of bogus comments. I was able to capture his IP address. No chance original poster is a Target manager. Definitely Target TM though
When you consider the number of clowns disguised as "leaders" in this company... the OP is clearly a clown. Probably has no clue how to lead and just says yes to everyone above them. The clowns like that excel at taking a motivated workforce and demotivate. I'm glad I don't report to the sorry excuse the OP is.
Agreed
Not if I see you first. Target is a great company that pays its employees well as long as you learn to adapt and help it succeed. I'm sure the world-class companies (to which you refer) have had or continue to have their own issues, but they learn to persevere... One can not argue that Management is doing exactly that --> Trying to better the company through change. Ask yourself one question: If it kept the same leadership, maintained the SAME workforce, processes etc, would it be a better company today?
Clearly your statement is from a wealthy manager who belongs "to the club" and manages by fear or intimidation. You would not last a week in a real world-class company with best practices and you would only survive in a high-politicized environment such as Target. I'll see you in the retirement home from my yacht in the caribbean.
