This is an across the board reduction. To make sure the board and corporate profits aren't impacted by Target Canada losses, Target is reducing ALL store employee hourly rates by 10%.

Anonymous70191 - nobody got an email - I asked people at different locations and nobody has ever heard about - why don't you give us details here, timestamps, who sent it, what time, Subject line, etc. So far, everyone should ignore this post unless there is some supporting info provided.
Dear Anonymous70177: If you didn't get the e-mail, then it's worse. Pack your stuff cause you are gone. Target will be reducing ALL store employee salaries by a minimum of 10%. This salary reduction starts on March 1, the start of the first pay period of March.
