It's over for Heald. Most likely by a simple padlocking of the doors. The best case although unlikely at this point is a teach out. Heald is so broke right now that it might have problems simply coming up with the money to pay for the audit. In fact, Heald may not even bother providing the financials as that will show it is financially insolvent. Don't be surprised if Deshon comes up with an email saying in so many words "As of today, Heald college is no longer in business due to the adverse demands of the government and bad press. Consequently all classes are canceled effective immediately".

Anyone "in the know having access to financial records" would be a fool to share that "credible" information with you so you can go directly to thelayoff.com and post it. Nice try.
Bravo!
I assume there are keys, so they could save money on padlock costs by just taking the keys. My forward thinking ideas could have saved Heald a few $$. Imagine this "no more padlocks" idea on a larger scale.
Why would the doors get padlocked?
More likely than not, the doors are going to get padlocked.
Whatever, buddy. You're about as annoying as the pie in the sky folks. You don't know how and when Heald will close any more than anyone else here. You definitely have no idea about financials. Yes, Heald is in bad shape. Yes, the odds are in favor of its closing, but nobody's going to simply padlock the doors.
Pretty reliable with one in the know having access to the financial records.
