The BIG problem with "Save the Heald" campaign is that it keeps making at best misleading statement and in the worse case downright lies about the lawsuit. Here is the problem. When YOU actually READ the lawsuit which is available online then the number of people in favor of shutting Heald down goes up.

Agreed this petition is a joke and make no mistake Heald is Corinthian. Even Matt Ormond is on board with his own campaign like Eeva. What buyer will buy Heald then have to pay Zenith to use the infrastructure and the student system. The glory days and uniqueness of Heald are long gone.

You're a big part of the problem if you don't understand or care about what an embarrassment we've become. Heald is trying to portray itself as totally pure and separate from CCi. It's sad because Heald really was a respectable institution once upon a time. Anybody who thinks it's the same institution as before it went for-profit (which was about a year before CCi purchased it), is either deceived or willfully ignorant.
Heald has spent the last 3-4 years destroying our own reputation, exploiting our students, running those humiliating ads during Jerry Springer, etc. and we expect the public to have any sympathy for us? NOBODY is going to want to save Heald if asked. What idiot thought it would be a good idea to make a show of our situation? The last thing we should be doing is drawing attention to our totally self-created mess. Kamala is the hero here, not us.

Thank you!! At my campus people, students, faculty, and staff alike, are eating up the lies. I feel like a damn myth buster with all of the lies I have researched. My campus has even put up notices stating that if you do not recieve Cal Grant the CSAC issues don't affect you, such a blatant lie and goes to prove the total disrespected and disregard of the students they are so "passionately" rallying for. We won't even discuss the sign making party, the full page ad in the Sacramento Bee, the bus for the rally, or the fact that employees are going to the rally on company time!
