We all know what we think... that it will close, and soon. But anyone out there know any real facts? Dates? The probability of it actually happening?

When we are sold you guys are going to look pretty foolish
Quite likely Heald closes at the end of the quarter. No sense starting ANOTHER quarter given that Heald has NO MONEY to pay bills.
The meeting about the CalGrants will be on the 17th of April. If there is no buyer by then, then Heald probably close. CCi is now in forbearance with their 100 million dollar loan with Bank of America and they have to pay a $250,000 fee on April 25th, unless they can find a buyer to pay it for them. This PR stunt is probably not going to help any of that.
If AG maintains it's stance on the lawsuit, Heald is 100% going to close.
