Just to clarify-any student loan debt is not automatically discharged. You must make the decision to discharge your debt. If you do, then you will not have any units to transfer as it will "undo" your education. Also, you cannot get federal financial aid again if you discharge your debt. So, no transfer units. If you choose to keep your units, you cannot discharge your debt.

845, if the school is sold and rebranded 1) students don't get their loans discharged 2) the new owner is liable for the lawsuit UNLESS Eeva's protest works, and the California attorney general's office releases the new owner from liability.
Heald employees are assholes. No wonder no one else will hire them. Losers!
And if Heald end up being sold and likely rebrand, what's next? What's going to happen to the pending lawsuit against the school?
