People are not worried about Mollenkopf. Instead, people are worried about what he might do to please the shareholders and fattening his own bonus. Yes, he will do just fine.

Mo is going to be OK, don't worry too much for him.
I think you folks are making more of this than it really is. He probably wants to retire so he can do something with his options/RSU/stock. No longer an "insider", he won't be subject to a lot of the insider buy/selling restrictions.
Mollenkopf is probably thinking that he should have taken the Microsoft job. MS is a bigger company, and it does just fine without China. QC on the other hand needs China, and it has pretty much bent over.
Well, at least he flat out let the city of SD know they were done growing there.
If only he was so honest with the employees.
At some point, everyone in QC will think he/she is the force behind QC’s success. That includes Mollenkopf, who has not done too well so far. We all know that it is just bad timing. Well, that is precisely the point.
HR isn't engineering, they all do nothing ask day, except practice their sympathy face for the next round of pink slips.
70 hours for them is a month, not a week.
That EVP did little to nothing for years. People would always catch him browsing Facebook all day.
Yep, time to kick out the old ones. It is spring cleaning time.
Qc would never stop hiring
New people r cheaper and good to kick out old ones with big bennies
If there is another layoff, why QC still hiring new people?
This nov another set of layoffs. ... It is going to happen.
