I hope so. Every team that has been outsourced to TI has turned into layers of bureaucratic delays and less and less collaboration between teams. The leaders are eventually going to realize this and pull everything to areas that are in a similar time zone (i.e. Uruguay).

Look, nobody knows right now. The logical explanation is that natural attrition will take care of most of it.
Around 2.5k employees in TI. Even at half the rate of attrition that would be 250 employees over a year. Possibly in the next 6 months at the actual rate.
Psychological War . I think there may be some one from HR / external consultants hired by Target spreading some rumors here to ensure attrition rate goes high. I heard it is 20+ % in Target India now ...so at this rate there will be no working folks left here while senior managers/KMG/DMG who don't get jobs out will only remain in TI ................Ha Ha... This may a game plan
I don't know about TI, but yo momma is gonna get laid tonight by me.
No LAYOFF IN TI
Well, if anyone knows for sure, there wouldn't be multiple threads on the same subject, would it? It's almost noon In India, I guess ti is ok
