It has already started but it is getting done silently. Just last week 5/14 ; about 50 employees mostly shop floor personnel got cut in NOV Mexicali. To lay-off folks in Mexico is pricey. Employees get about 1000.00 dollars per year of employment. Example if employee has worked for 5 years he or she will get about 5000.00 as a severance pay. Mandatory by law in Mexico. Kind of unemployment compensation per say. There is talk that there will be more cutting.

Its already started happening and will continue to. When oil is at where it is at and all the operators are laying off, its only a matter of time before it trickles down. Expect 20 - 30 %. There doesnt have to be rumors or talk, look at the market. You have to answer to investors.
