Really? More layoffs? I thought we are done. Whats the criteria for the new layoffs?

The margins are gone. They will have to fight for every dime now.
They must not have gotten sufficient take up of VSP when it was offered earlier in the year. One of the folks leaving said "they designed this to get rid of the older white guys", which did not surprise me since all the folks I knew who left were older white guys with 30+ years of experience who felt they had no choice but to take the package. Who knows, maybe the policy of replacing them with young college graduates and diverse candidates will pan out.

It's being reported that a memo is out showing Intel has plans to layoff quit a few workers. BK and Renee will be the death of Intel. Shareholders need to wake up and demand these two Obama loving communist be fired!
while it may be true that some lifers are not worth their salt...you should see some of the new todds replacing them.....can you say jethro bodine???
