To go from excellent to good is acceptable. Not sure why you said too bad?
Good talent has been running away for years. The layoff just accelerated it. This company does a piss poor job of recognizing actual talent and instead rewards "talent"
Not really.
It has just begun wait untill everyone who is good leaves for a less toxic company. Target never paid that well and increases there have been week for a while. Leaving the biggest incentive as work life balance. Say goodbye to that
