Heald loss of Cal Grants means that the April rent payment due next month won't get paid.

It;'s ALL of the campuses. Heald sold the buildings for $40 million to a private investor and did a lease back. Unfortunately the money is gone. Employees will ALWAYS be paid before ALMOST everybody else.
It doesn't matter which campus, 062. 972 just made it up.

Nah. Rent will be paid. Vendors and employees will not be, though! Priorities.
