The cost doesn't add up you are on track to save maybe 600 million over 2 years at this rate. 3,000 people at 100k each. You still have 1.4billion to go.
I was 'downsized' back in 2014, I hope you are all done but I can tell one thing to every TM: There is life outside of Target and it's not that bad at all.
