Really hoping they get this over with this week. So sick of waiting and having no idea what's happening next... Anyone hear any rumors yet?

ok to 85439, it's not ok to be expected to wait. If you had a "leader" which I prefer to call manager that was even a somewhat decent manager in the real world, they should be open with you and transparent. Be open to new opportunities, don't wait for them to come to you. If you don't even feel comfortable to have that conversation then it sounds like you deserve something much more positive in your life. It sounds like you report to someone with a horrendous ego. I am sorry for that but don't settle. Move on and find a better opportunity.
I've heard nothing, and I'm hesitant to ask my leader if they've heard anything additional as well :) Clearly, they'd lie regardless. But I'd like to get this show on the road. Previous rumors were 4/7 or 4/9... we'll see, I guess. :(

Totally agree with all of this. The stress is waiting on the edge of my seat (while still being expected to keep things moving and clean up screwed budgets/calendars/position management/etc. left after the first layoffs) is ridiculous. It really shows how valued we are...
If it's not the same package as all of the other team members PG 15 and below I would definitely have a lawyer review before signing.

Agreed. I m deff. Ready for the bandaid to be yanked off. Im hoping to get the cut personally.... does anyone have ideas of if/what a severance package for admins would be?
Agreed - sitting in limbo is the worst. Let us go or tell us it's done... I hope to be on the "let go" side! The changing of the roles isn't something I'm looking forward to.
