That video was very biased towards anti-unions sentiments, it was pretty comical.
I took a different message from the video. It was so ridiculous they made it clear you would be cut if you tried to start a union.
I thought that video was incredibly offensive and bizarre that we were pretty much forced to watch it. The spin on it was "the evil unions are trying to take your beloved Target down! Don't let them do that! You should know better!" It treated us like idiots.
I can tell you that having worked in a union and outside of a union, there is power in both for the employee. But don't treat us like we don't know what's going on or have the right to make our own decisions. What effin' country is this?
