High Attrition Rates - Layoffs and Quitting

Many employees have come and gone over last 4 years I have been with the company. We are like a permanet revolving door business. I had a new manager every 12 months so, it was difficult for the new manager to get to know you personally and lear about skills you have. This makes it very hard to develop a career.

Thats why when you talk to people there is always an odd gap, it's like legacy employees, they cut out the good ones that challenge management because management does all the lying and saying yes all the time. You will find it odd, there are always people there over 10 years and people under 4 years, but you never ever run into someone at least in my experience that was there say 5 years or 6 years. Now they brought in the outsourcer in chief in the new CIO it's all going to get pushed out. The place is extremely toxic, way too much work and not enough people, but yet in still, they protect their buddies in new york and new jersey. So the good ones get pushed out the door and the average ones well you get the point.
