If anyone thought this wasn't coming then you really need to get out some! I to be honest am really surprised that it took as long as it has for this to start. I cant say that what will happen is not going to hurt a lot of people but it is part of running a business! I hope the choices are fair and correct, the lazy and problem employees first, then quality lacking employees! If this was the way it was done it would just make the managers life a little better, but I still don't understand why when the manager wants to fire a useless employee it takes an act of congress, but when corporate wants to do it... No rules seem to apply??? Let the well trained, good managers have the same privileges and see what happens, I think you will be amazed by the results!
