Thank goodness HR is feeling this now. In my opinion, Target HR is the worst in the industry. They should be ashamed, top to bottom. As a percentage, i suspect that they will feel a lot less pain than most other departments, but at least they are somewhat being addressed.
While I feel for the individuals affected on a personal level I find it hard to understand the elimination of several thousand jobs but then only reducing HR by a handful of positions.
I guess it is consistent with Brians token reduction in private use of company jets. Cuts are for the other guy......

The executioner now becomes the executed. HR is way over staffed...this move makes a lot of sense.
