Why so low on the HR side, they are disgraceful.

Target is probably going to cut more HR staff members after more rounds of layoffs are dealt with.
To be fair, in my experience it's like pulling teeth to get anyone in HR to work with me on anything.
Why disgraceful? I think you need to take a chill pill and regroup yourself. I get the anger but this is overboard. Take a break from the site and relax.
