Weatherford is an international company which means English is the official language. If people can't speak English, maybe they have no business working in an office setting. Tired of idiots making excuses for the incompetent.

DOnt you know that international employees work out of our US offices? I have conversations with people here at the office that I can bearly understand because of the Language barriers ...so with that being said..GO F**K yourself and I hope that you are one of the DBs that gets booted...

To those that don't understand this report I am wondering do you need to wear a helmet all the time to protect you from hurting yourselves? This report just goes to show what dumbasses work for Weatherford and deserve to be unemployed.

To Anonymous69419 this report pertains only to United States employees so your language concerns and international concerns make no fing sense. As i've said below if you can't understand this report you need to fing kill yourself.

Just saying....I do belive that all this ST about people not understanding the report is a dead subject. I think the REAL question here is why people like yourself continue to put others down. You DO have to remember we are an International company therefore there MAY be language barriers etc. SO with that being said..GO FK yourself

This forum is a collection of morons. WFT should take this report and lay off anyone who cannot comprehend it. Seriously it has been explained 20 different times on this forum already can you not read. I could go out and find a 5 year old who could comprehend this report better than some of you dumb f***s.

Anonymous69413 I totally agree with you. F the two B's below that are short fused. Screw you guys. I saw the Report that Whistle blower posted and to me it doesnt say much. In the end only you will know when HR waltzes into your office with a box and a blank stare on their faces because they have been put in a pretty F'ed up position to have to crush the lives of others. SOOOOO to you 2 duchebags below....get over yourselves and only post stuff that is "helpful". K thanks...I am stepin down from my high horse now and will sit here at my desk at WFT and enjoy my day regardless if HR walks in with a box or not! Cheers!

The two bitches that are tired of explaining this need to NOT reply. Others don't mind and all of us are kind of numb and reeling from all of this. If you don't have the patience then you should let it go. With the attitude you have, if you have not been layed off already then maybe you should prepare yourself because it is coming. I have saw it happen here at my facility, karma is a bitch.

If eligible says zero you are supposedly safe. If eligible has 1, that person has been laid off or will be laid off.

In my opinion HR updates the list/eligible column after the person is let go; therefore you should not feel 100% safe even though your position says ineligible.

What if there is a zero in the eligible column

job title....by location, and age of employee. example - fort worth is in mid-con, and the first column (eligible) means that person has been layed off. The 2nd column tells how many people have that job and are the same age. So for example there could be 3 people with the same title that are the same age, and 1 of those could have been layed off. The question is ...is that sheet updated AFTER or BEFORE a layoff. Our HR says it's only updated after, so everyone in the first column has already been layed off. Next question....who believes HR?
