ECMC seems to be less interested in running the schools than in putting on a dog and pony show (just for us? for the Dept of Ed and AGs?). It seems to be business as usual at least for now. My guess is that this whole venture is meant to just run itself into the ground. It will result in lots of disgruntled students with ED debt (not forgiven) that ECMC can make big bucks off of. And now they'll have lots of info on them.
