Where is this company headed? Any thoughts? What are your concerns right now?

Staples plans to shut down all OD locations. This buy out is bad for everyone but a few people high up in each company and some shareholders. It probably will not even help Staples in the long run,
I think that Staples has a reputation of mutilating companies they buy - from the culture perspective we are very different and it'll be a long process in which we'll have to become one company. Most of high level folks will leave. Some managers will leave as well, the rest of the grunts will continue to work until someone decides to shut their store down. We'll be pushing more into ecommerce and online, Staples sucks there, we are bad as well, joining two bad does not give you one good. Anyhow, it am rambling, but in short, we'll spend next 24 months trying to figure out how do we 'click'
