I do not get what people like about amazon? I guess it's easy to push a button but you can do that on many sites. You cannot talk to a real person there, I don't know, whatever...

PwC published their annual global consumer survey. 52% of about 1,000 US respondents listed Amazon as one of their three favorite retailers in 2014. Amazon was followed by 41% who named Wal-Mart and 29% who listed Target.
