Do you think that we are done with layoffs for now? It has been pretty tense lately and I’d appreciate a period of stability. I know that many people around me are also anxious and this whole thing with Canada is not helping. I only wish if the management was to be a bit more transparent. Do not get me wrong, I totally get it why they have to cut, I am just saying this layoff situation is damaging the overall morale.

Domestic cuts of 3/11 sound about right. I would believe 2/27 or 3/11. I really hope if there are cuts, they are done thoughtfully. But I am not going to hold my breath.
Domestic cuts coming 3/11, marketing and merchandising will be hit heaviest along with most other pyramids to some extent.
I agree that it feels like they are not done yet. They cut Canada in time to not have them enroll in a new benefits cycle. I think they'll make another round (broad, across pyramids, removing poorest performers and cutting "layers" of redundant roles) of layoffs in March to avoid having to pay bonuses. Just my $.02. Not based on anything other than piecing rumors together.

No, I don't think they are done. All of these cuts have been a direct result of the Canada Closure. I believe there will be more that will be specific to tweaking the US teams. I think the management teams have a lot of hard decisions in front of them to make sure that we are profitable for years to come. I believe that there is thought that we are too deep in certain areas... I would not be surprised.
