i am very disappointed with this company
Closing additional offices is just a stealth way of getting rid of more people and trying to dodge severance costs. Basically, close an office and tell people they can move to different office to keep there job and watch how many don't and quit on their own instead and then don't have to pay any severance or benefits.
Well, just when you think it is all over and business as usual as they tell us.... Brace yourselves, still more to come, office closedowns are next in line very soon. But I wonder, one thing is decisions that have to be made when businesses are in trouble, and another is to insult people's intelligence, and integrity with the humiliation of trickling information in an unprofessional and untimely manner that the bunch of so called Citrix executives brain washed us to believe through core values that they have completely overlooked during this restructuring process. I'm lost for words for this new bunch of citrix bean counting executives, led by our fading away CEO
I made the cut in 2009 and now 2015... I feel unmotivated, my team was severly affected
Closest colleagues from my team and from other teams are gone, part of me is still in shock and I'm slowly assimilating what just happened
I made the cut but I feel lost and very disappointed of what we all went through
Citrix opened my eyes and made me feel what we all are: just a number, easily disposable
It's hard to work as all is normal, there is still a lot of anxiety in the air.
the company is still a joke

Well in the UK, it's not yet over. There's a consultancy period and we will only know who is going at the end of March! In the meantime, they are expecting us to work as normal!
