Take the package, their is a reason why Target is not listed in the top 100 companies to work for in Minnesota,. Profits first, guest 2nd, team last.. They had some talent at some vp levels but over the last few months many of those have been quietly purged away. The SGM level is a cest pool with inbred teams of arrogant used car salesmen and woman, that talk about the plan, convince everyone the plan is need, then bail on the plan after partially executed for the next hot plan try to create value for their role. I have never seen so much money wasted on program improvements, with decisions made that will later cost the company millions to fix later? SGMs. Cut the whole layer out, I say.. Get some managers who are humble, value their teams, and know how to lead, not just be a absent manager who likes to hear themselves talk from the barker chair.
