And PS, the drunk comment is ignorant. Canada failed because of the strategy. The teams were amazing.
Canada stores are in the process of liquidating inventory at this time. It's tough on store teams because although the Target banner is on the building, the liquidators are calling the shots. Really a challenge dealing with guests looking for banners and mocking the teams for the bungled attempt. No stores are actually closed yet, but the first wave of store closings will occur soon. IA's are in the dark on what's next for them. DMG's are landing roles back in the US, but below that we are all being told we should hear the beginning of March.
