We need more field technicians in the markets. Abandon the area model and move them people back to their titled positions. Craziness. Field techs responsible for 150+ plus sites a piece is insanity. Sprint tried it and it failed. Man all critical facilities, we are 1 incident away from being on the Federal Communications Cabinet Radar. Negligence is the case they gave me. See how I added Snoop Dog Song in there. Seriously we need to Abandon the area model fast and get people working their correct positions.

Good luck with getting rid of this with the Central region RDO and Sr. Managers driving it!

Not in Central. Just more meaningless alignments, where we all still do the same things as we always have.

No more Scope worker, Thank God!! Fire whoever pushed the area model in Appalachian. You know who they are. Start hiring people...

Back to normal operations.. nothing new here. The bad part is going back may cause some eliminated positions. Also some people may have to move markets.
